The worlds greatest violin player

Joshua Bell was born on December 9th, 1967 in Bloomingtol Indiana. He got his start at the age of just 5 years old. When his parents first gave him his violin he proved to be a quick study. His teacher Josefh Gingold became his teacher after he attended Meadowmount's summer program in 1979. In 1981 he won the Seventeen magazine/gernal motors competition and made his orchestrs debute with Ricardo Muti and the Phiadelphia orchestra.

In 1985 he made his Carnegie Hall debut with the Saint Louis Symphony.Soon after, he won an Avery Fisher Career and began to make his first recording. It was called Gershwin Fantasey. Since then he has worked with the worlds greatest symphony orchestra's and with conductors such as Herbert Bloomstedt.
Joshua Bell has proformed in two major movies. One "The Red Violin" with won an award for best music. And the other movie was "Music Of The Heart"
